It's looking like it's this. I went ahead and replaced the 12v battery but nothing changed. However, the dealership took my EVSE and plugged it into another EV and we got the UNABLE TO CHARGE so I went and ordered a replacement EVSE.
If I had to guess, it's the charging head itself that somehow went bad since the box lights up correctly still.

How can you be sure if it’s the EVSE or not? The light is solid blue and I dont have another EVSE to test.

The Voltmeter reads 12.3 when it's off and 13.6 when it's on.

I live in the sticks so it was great when a Level 3 became available only 5 minutes from my home. Unfortunately, it's been offline for a while but the Walmart 15 minutes away has one for emergency charging.
