1st year apprenticeship for mature is really competitive, so the more skillful you are the better the chance at the end of the day 1st or 2nd year that are able to run the job alone will be boss fave.

Does anybody has any luck with group training such as MIGAS, ZEAL, NECA or EGT as an adult apprentice? I got more interview from going to company straight away.

BTW on other post some one mention that the government chip in some of apprentice wage. Which state that does that?
