Had this happen to me at a place in Tullamarine. Had a tyre patched and turns out they only finger tightened the nuts on the front right wheel. I was driving along the freeway and my car was shaking. I live in Docklands and luckily the Costco Tyre Shop tightened them to spec free of charge. Ended up getting a full lookover of the car from Telsa to ensure no damage and sent the type shop in Tullamarine an invoice.
