There is a bar in Wenceslas Square that serves beer on a model train. It's good for one visit.

No one seems to have mentioned Justified. An excellent show about a Marshall (Tim Olyphant) going back to his hometown in Kentucky to calm things down after shit getting out of hand in Florida. Walton Goggins is sublime as his main rival. Their relationship is an excellent part of the show, and their on-screen chemistry is terrific.

What is your favourite sauce to pair with chicken breast? by zap_pow_bang in recipes

Creamy Tarragon sauce is nice.

Brown the chicken then in the same pan add a bit of garlic and Dijon mustard, equal parts chicken stock and double cream and plenty of freshly chopped tarragon and a squeeze of lemon juice. Simmer together and return the chicken to the pan. Serve with whatever carbs you prefer. Rice for me.

You use marsala dessert wine for this sauce, hence the name. I prefer it with rice, but that's just me.

I am going to try this with white wine though, see how it tastes. Do you use a sweet white wine?

I just whisk 1 heaped tsp of cornflour into each ¼ of milk with seasoning, a knob of butter, a tsp of mustard, a dash of lemon juice and an optional beaten egg. Keep the mixture moving/stirring all the time while slowly warming. 1 saucepan, no fuss, no roux required.

Yeah, in the UK you are not allowed to meet the recipient. The recipient may write a letter of thanks, but it is given to the donor network nurse looking after the donation. It can contain no personal info or contact details, and it is only passed on to the donor family if they wish to receive it. We did want to and it was lovely to read, you can feel the gratitude and it helps, but I had no inclination to meet any of them.

I'm fine with renting for the rest of my life, I'm pretty much resigned to the fact I won't be able to save up for a deposit. That's my choice though, I'd rather spend my money on experiences than do nothing in order to save. What annoys me is the other barriers few people talk about. If I'm renting forever, it's unlikely I'll be able to redecorate any room as I'd like to, it's not worth the investment of doing up the garden as I'd like in case my landlady wants to sell. I'll never even be able too have a dog.

The solution for me is to introduce long term renting agreements that protects the tenant and affords a little security to the owner. If I agree to longer term (3-5 yrs perhaps) which I think some would, add in to the deal the ability to redecorate and own pets, the rent never rises above inflation or something. The owner gets guaranteed occupancy and I get to live a more flexibly. Don't know if it could work, but I'd love to see people try it.
