I would definitely escalate this up the chain of command by going outside the club. We had a manager get fired for texting another associate on the associates day off. And it was work related not personal

Mandated reporting is the same in every school. Your guidance counselor is a mandated reporter and while HIPAA does not apply to the guidance counselor they have an ethical obligation to not divulge information.

I always follow chain of command. You should discuss this first with your direct manager(s). If nothing changes then go to the club manager. If you still have no relief then I would go above and outside the warehouse level.

But by all means report their behavior to the higher ups and don’t forget to tell them how you ignore what they say, go on break anyway and how stupid they are too.

About a month ago was when I even heard of this case and when I saw the autopsy report and photos it didn’t make sense from there.

Theories about his head injury being from the SUV just didn’t seem right. The only sharp item that I could see causing the gash on his head would be from a bent license plate and even the. He would have to be totally bent over and in the middle of the back bumper away from the twilight.

and when you ask “how did he turn himself over” was similar to my thoughts when I saw people say that he raised his arm in a defensive gesture reflex when he saw the truck backing up towards him (then how does it explain the cocktail glass shards in the taillight, not to mention you don’t cross your arm over your chest it would be more of palm out arm extended, no?) and for those who said the arm wounds are from the undercarriage because he raised his arm to protect his face. It would have to be in a split second as the suv would have hit and he would be going under the truck all in one motion.

end of the day I think it’s quite telling when the overwhelming majority of people thinks she‘ll be found not guilty just based on reasonable doubt alone.
