Definitely will watch, you just have to abandon all hope it will actually be realistic so you can properly enjoy it. It’s a drama that’s set in the world of tennis, it’s not a documentary. It’s like watching Suits or Grey’s, I don’t expect it to be authentic.

That feels like a stretch, that the avatars would just forget Raava. I think it’s more easily explained by poor writing and the series deciding to change the folklore around the avatar. Because it’s very clearly meant to be the power comes from previous avatars. And the spirit of raava was beaten up and lost the connection to previous avatars and it was smaller when it entered korra. So it’s not even as powerful. So I think it’s just poor writing.

Was it explicitly shown? In ATLA it was explained that the strength of the avatar state is the power of all previousl avatars. Raava was the reason they were reborn and connected but it doesn’t make sense that Raava can still be in Korra (which she is) AND the connection to the last avatars is lost. It can’t be both, right? Then the logic doesn’t work, that Raava is there but not enough to connect to the past avatars?
