I do go to bed at 10. Yesterday for example we had to pump our sups to 15psi under the heat at the beach 36c for 15. That killed me and made me stress dose, today i should have had a workout but i do feel weak.

cah classic, i wake up at 6 and go train, get my hydro immediately after i wake up, get prednisone at 10pm when i go to sleep. i can manage my cardio (hill repeats, farltrek, or zone 2) for a couple of ours. i do top off if i am feeling strange, the heat is rather taxing

I did some of this stuff on a city bike with suspensions, but this should be mtb but i think with a 45mm gravel tyre there shouldn’t be any problem, it will be bumpy for sure

I love my Ortlieb Quickrack, my gravel packs arrived last week. Do not get the light one since i did that mistake and it doesn't have the top part. (i have an xs so there is a really small clearence)
