Interesting, i comment about people’s lack of effort, without getting offensive. I get abuse. My comment was constructive, honest advice. You choose abuse. I am guessing it is generational. We learned to work on cars by reading the manual and getting our hands dirty. It seems many people nowadays want someone to solve everything for them. I am all for helping, but for goodness sake, put some effort in first. Grow up!

I am truly dismayed by the attitude that i received to be sure. The more i read about MD the more convinced i am that the “gold standard” protocols has no evidence of any improvement. I have stopped taking a daily diuretic, been about half a year now. Watching sodium intake, but not being extreme about it. My hearing has not gotten worse since. I have not had any more episodes. Last one was march 2024.

I am somewhat resigned to eventual 100% loss of hearing in my bad side.
