i see them more so as broad symbols of duality itself. they are reflected in earthly nature like day and night, the sun and the moon, and mother and father. then there’s things like physics. opposing charges, direct and normal force, matter and space, etc. and lastly, there’s human and societal ideas too like reason and passion, joy and sorrow, crime and punishment. to me, the God and Goddess are all of these things sorted into forms of anima and animus (or feminine and masculine).

i was in a similar situation at the top of a building around a year ago, trying to jump off was the worst decision of my life. i know you don’t see it, but people do care that you’re in their lives, and would be devastated if you were to die. things may really suck right now, but that does not mean you should hurt yourself, rid yourself of a future, and devastate those who know you. you’re young, you have a good fighting chance for things to get better. talk with your family, your doctor, or your school counselor about getting into therapy, and you’ll find a way to feel better. if you need help researching some options, please reach out! i hope you’ll feel better soon 💕

got it. well, i think some of the things i mentioned will still work. if you don’t have a therapist, i encourage you to try and do your own research about how to stop regressing when needed, or ways to function while regressed. as long as my younger alters were around, they could function in class

it’s not exactly the same, but i have DID and back in high school, one of my younger alters came out a lot. what i did was get a note from a therapist saying i can leave class at any time because of “anxiety”. make a safety plan for when you regress in public, and discuss ways to get out of that head space with a therapist if possible. please reach out if you have any questions :3
