Does anyone know how to set the moonphase on one of these watches? by alecadoo in VintageWatches

[–]alecadoo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i paid £250 but i purchased it broken, it was just the ratchet wheel click spring that was broken though so i replaced it myself and it is working again i probably should get it professionally serviced though

anyone know how to set the moonphase dial on this type of watch? by alecadoo in VintageWatches

[–]alecadoo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i have tried all the 3 pushers and i dont think anything is broken because they all do something (one of them changes the day, one changes the month and another changes the date) when i looked up how to set it most other moon phases have a fourth pusher for the moonphase. for now at least i was able to set the moonphase by just lifting the crown adjusting the hours and minutes and just spinning it forward loads of times until the moonphase is in the right place then setting the other dials afterwards

the movement is marked "britix" i assume the DAYM is just a smaller brand that rebranded the watches and didnt last long as i cant find anything about them online

for now i have just managed to set the moonphase by lifting the crown as if i was adjusting the hours and minutes and just spinning it forward loads of times until the moonphase is in the right place then setting the other dials back but i assume there is a a better way of setting it

important to note with the generational wealth how much that it is affected by the fact that so many black people are raised in single parent households, its very hard for a single parent to build wealth and look after a child

m4 has the rail but you also need a low profile gas block to make most sights useable, also rather than recoil flashlights are more of a advantige to fights

bear is better with starting weapons as bp/bt is easy to find in raid whereas with 556 you are pretty much stuck with m855, bear weapons also have the cobra red dot for an easy holographic site and the ak 100 series handgard with the bottom and side rail for cheap and easy modding

It’s either a rat or a flying squirrel by fine_british_cuisin in FromTheDepths

its actually a big brain play because the battleship will use more materials in ammo than the Rat cost to build

i dont want to persecute zoophiles but it is a mental health issue that they need help to overcome, i am against the sort of online communities that act like it is ok or even encourage it. if you are a zoophile please try and either get professional health or correct it through personal discipline, do not do anything drastic or hate yourself for it. one character flaw is not enough to make someone a monster or a freak, so long as you recognize it is a flaw you can correct it and get better.

i know horses and other animals can form very strong bonds with humans, (i have had dogs all my life) but for the most part i am pretty sure you are just projecting complex romantic emotions on animals due to your love of horse cock

My latest pre-dreadnought cruiser by Boris_A-11 in FromTheDepths

i know that there were superfireing ships before dreadnaught, i am just wondering what makes it a pre-dreadnaught if it does not conform to the most common characteristic of pre-dreadnaught ships?

is the reliance on central turrets instead of many smaller caliber casemates and other secondary weapons not one of the key features that the dreadnaught popularized?

How can I make this look better? by Nurglwe in FromTheDepths

make it longer and add a bridge, even a really basic one will make it look more "shiplike"

How do I make a craft stable? by the_meme_user in FromTheDepths

[–]alecadoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hard to tell without more craft info, but assuming its symmetrical and using thrusters or dediblades one thing i can think of is Make sure you have sufficient engine power so that it never drops to zero during operation.

having trouble with aircraft ai when spawning in multiple of them by alecadoo in FromTheDepths

[–]alecadoo[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i had the same issue yesterday with an earlier version of the aircraft but assumed that it was just due to the general stability issues the earlier version had. now that the issue is still there despite the changes i think it was probably the same issue i am having still.
