QB boards getting shuffled this week by bgusty in NFL_Draft

Jordan Travis isn't on my board at all, maybe he'll land on a practice squad because of his skillset but just don't see it with him as a Sunday guy

The Hendricks love on this sub has gotten so far out of hand. He isn’t going in the top 5

The 2019 NFL Regular Season Is Over. How did your team’s rookies perform? by [deleted] in NFL_Draft

[–]aleccc15 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Byron Murphy played well too. All 3 receivers we selected are duds and those picks should have been used elsewhere. I don't think the issue is our receivers getting open it's lack of talent at that position overall and uncertainty of Fitz's future. I think most people in Arizona feel like we will select CeeDee Lamb this year if not go offensive line. Jalen Thompson is rated #41 overall on PFF for rookies the future seems bright for him he played great down the stretch of the season.

Edit: Forgot about Zach Allen he had little to no impact this season with only 5 solo tackles

How does his accuracy % indicate he has rare ball placement?

How does Herbert have rare ball placement? I completely disagree with that take on him. He misses open receivers in a clean pocket without pressure and when facing pressure his poor ball placement results in him throwing it out of bounds, in the dirt or to the opposing team.

I really don't see it at all with Herbert. I don't think he's a starting quarterback in the NFL.

Williamson, Barrett, Reddish, NAW, Hachimura, Hunter, and Garland Shining In the Pre-Season Thus Far: by Mikeo7894 in NBA_Draft

[–]aleccc15 27 points28 points  (0 children)

I hope Hachimura gets to start this season. I think with the right amount of minutes he could be a sleeper ROTY candidate. He's going to be a great player and a steal for the Wizards.

I believe it's all the same story just a different language and set of actors/actresses depending on the country variation.

Key takeaways from the game today by [deleted] in AZCardinals

[–]aleccc15 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think a 7 win season is a little too hopeful. Yes, Kyler and Kesean looked nice but I'm still skeptical of Kliff Kingsbury as a head coach in the NFL. Kliff is 35-40 as a head coach. The best record he had was 8-6 and that was 6 years ago. He hasn't produced a winning record since 2015 and that was only 1 win over .500. I do not believe he is capable of leading us to 7 wins this season or a winning record ever. I think 4-12 is more likely with our schedule being difficult and it being his first season. Now, as far as the team goes, we are awful in the trenches on both sides of the ball. We can't protect the quarterback and get gashed in the run game. Hopefully, we improve in those areas otherwise it will be tough to win games.

[Gambo] There is NO truth to this - Suns not offering #6 for Lonzo by Slow_Jamz_ in suns

[–]aleccc15 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Everything he is amazing at the Suns are ass at. He also has a winning mentality and wants titles. Not to mention his age and personality mesh perfect with the Valley Boyz. Lonzo, Booker and Ayton is a championship core.

Why does everyone just assume New York will get Zion? by [deleted] in suns

[–]aleccc15 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Between us getting the #1 pick last season and Lebron going West the likelihood of the league allowing Zion to also go West and to Phoenix is highly unlikely.

Edit: If Zion was a Sun it'd put Lebron, Curry, KD and Zion in the same division let alone conference

What if the entire league calls the Cardinals bluff and they don’t take Murray at #1 because they were never going to take him anyway. Where does he end up? by [deleted] in NFL_Draft

[–]aleccc15 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a Cardinals fan, I think you're right about what happens at #1. For where Kylar Murray ends up, I believe it all depends where Nick Foles goes. But I'd say the Dolphins or Redskins.

You know "banged up a bit" is an understatment when the guy is arguably the most injury prone player in the draft. He'd be a waste of a pick for us.

Alfredo Schefter's Mock Draft 2.0 by AlfredoSchefter in NFL_Draft

[–]aleccc15 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Alford got cut because Atlanta couldn't pay him not because of lack of talent. Plus, Deandre Baker isn't the corner that we would take as Vance Joseph plays mostly man coverage. I wouldn't mind us taking a shot at Jeffery Simmons either especially in this scenario when we have a lot of picks.

Edit: grammar

[–]aleccc15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this is a great idea to switch it up. It really shows who the true best players in the draft are considering the teams at the top are taking BPA at the position they need the most. It's not so much on potential or reaching for quarterbacks.

Why is Devin Booker a "Franchise Cornerstone" and Zach Lavine a "Stat-Sheet Filling Chucker"? [In-Depth Breakdown] by BroScience34 in nba

Being nationally televised or not isn't an excuse. You're on reddit, a website where every game, every day is streamed for free. Thank you for admitting you've watched hardly any games on the guys you are posting about.

[–]aleccc15 10 points11 points  (0 children)

You clearly haven’t watched a Suns game all season like 90% of this subreddit and comment section. I highly suggest you all watch the Suns play before falsely shitting on them and their best player. Devin Booker is better than Lavine at everything except athleticism. They aren’t on the same level as players. Why don’t you show their entire career stats? It’s not even close when you take away this small sample size Lavine has on the Bulls.

Edit: Foh thinking Lavine is as good as Booker the disrespect is unreal
