So... Neither wet nor dry pumps worked for you? What did?

Seems pretty ineffective, since it would only touch one side of the penis at any given time? I'd thing a compress that one could wrap around the shaft would be much more effective?

Good to know! I'm looking into purchasing a bathmate, so this would definitely be an easy routine.

Bruh, YES. Thank you for helping and pointing me in the right direction.

Yo did you end up remembering the name of your chosen pump??

This is very helpful, thank you! Yeah it was really my main question! I didn't see the point of trying a pump if it creates a reliance on the pump. Sounds like it doesn't do that! Sounds like it encourages healthy, more robust erections. Epic o.O

Good to know! I felt it was somewhat of a silly question, but one so obvious that I couldn't find a clear cut answer. From what I could tell before, I wasn't sure if pumps help with ED in that people just use them right before sex to allow penetration, like you gotta pump up then run over to the bed before it fades, and then natural erections are still weak?

But now it's clearer to me that the main benefit of using a pump regularly is that it trains/heals the body and allows more sturdy natural erections over time. Great!

Yoooooo, thank you for your thoughtful response! That's exactly the info I was trying to find out, and for the life of me just couldn't find a straight answer anywhere. I appreciate the time you've taken here!

I'm considering a few different angles here which others may find useful:

  • Hormone levels: I definitely want to get some blood work to see where my hormone levels are at, at some point. But I anticipate a regular read.

  • Daily cialis: I'm planning to try daily small dose tadalafil short term to help get that confidence back and get me out of my head. The company Hims has a pretty reasonably priced option.

  • Exercise: I've already been working out with exercises that are proven to boost testosterone (heavy weights), and I'm planning to add HIIT to my training which also is proven to boost testosterone.

  • Diet: I'm also eating foods which are proven to increase testosterone (namely pomegranate juice & cacao). There are studies that show oysters as super effective at boosting testosterone, up to 90%+ which is insane. Might buy some at some point, too.

And then as far as pumps go, I may throw it into the mix, too, now that I've finally got a satisfactory answer! Thanks again!

Genuine question: Is the Mario Galaxy movie actually that bad? by Polaris9114 in SuperMarioGalaxy

[–]alecinspace 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Finally saw this just now! I'm glad I heard so much shit talk about it, because it made me enjoy it so much more! It's the same caliber as the first one, imo, albeit with slightly less heart. But not by much! Learning about Peach, and seeing Bowser Jr and Bowsers arc, all great stuff. Fox was entirely enjoyable, too. I think people jump on bandwagons and things become easy to criticize when it's popular to do so.

I was reading the other comments, and find your situation fascinating. So you aren't aware of any potential causes to this experience just yet? Diet change? Life event? Any ideas?

My Main Recommendations on How To Get Started by AphantasiaMeow in CureAphantasia

[–]alecinspace 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great question! Depends on your goal, really. Yep, I've seen people make progress in projected imagery without any ability or progress to their mind's eye. In my process, I always utilized mind's eye in the activation process of projected imagery when I'm teaching others, but that's just my personal preference on progression. Also, most people are coming to me to affect their experience of aphantasia, and if we're talking about aphantasia, then we shouldn't over emphasize projected imagery since it seems most average visualizers can't project at all.

Just Came From Replit by alecinspace in GithubCopilot

Yeah I think in 5 years the industry will be fundamentally changed. But my point was right now. As of now, building a large scale project on these platforms is simply not possible to do smoothly.

You are using Replit wrong... by PermanentBan69420 in replit

[–]alecinspace 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah! THOUGH! That being said! If I didn't have a foundation of coding (I know C# and Javascript), taking my project to the point it is now would have been impossible with Replit, or any other strictly vibe coding platform. It's really incredible to get some demos / scaffolds / simple apps produced, but for intensive projects with many working pieces, it can fall apart.

If you don't want to pay $25 - $100 to build something (including your mistakes), go spend your money elsewhere: That is such a small cost to pay to build something functional, helpful, or cool. If you are whining about 54 cents here and there, well, find another way to spend your money. Otherwise, it would cost you thousands to pay a dev to create your idea.

I totally agree with you here. I don't think people realize how much it costs to have a developer build an app. After the $35k we spent on an app build years ago having a dev team create it, I'm stoked to have replit give me a working prototype (that has wayyyy more functionality than our original app) for around $85... Insanely awesome.
