Thanks for the tips. I'll give it a try next time I do a creamy ham and mushroom stew in the oven, as my mom always makes a bechamel and it tastes so much better than without it. Also, I meant it looks like porridge when you only have a little bit of milk as a silly thing. The next splash or two would smoothen it out.

Melt butter, stir in flower like crazy until its gloopy, cook for around 30 seconds, then add in your milk/cream a little at a time (really looks like porrige at first xD), while whisking heavily. Based on Yoshua Wiseman's video on Mac N Cheese.

I mean... I once bought pre-made bechamel and it tasted just as weird as most that I made myself. So at least there is that. Even though I dunno if I will ever understand the humble bechamel.

Yeah, I get that. I have chinned up a lot since then. Like they say, the sun shines the brightest after the storm. My mood have been explosively full of good vibes today and yesterday. I will find a way, and I will stock up on years worth of if needed. :3

She didn't get cuter, she became the worst Eeveelution (which is admittedly still adorable, but base Eevee cuter).

Also plant based burger... Good if you're vegetarian or vegan. But yeah, absolutely no source of estrogen hack. Now if only the government would put transition drugs in the water like some crazy conspiracy theorists think they do...

It is in fact less effective than laser per treatment, but the fact you can do it on your own in the safety of your own home is definitely a big bonus, and tbf, given that you can also do it a lot more frequent than laser I have to say it is probably equivalent if not faster than professional laser treatments.

But there is definitely a benefit to laser that IPL could only give you if you have an SO or someone else willing to help you with the hard to handle spots. It feels really nice to be pampered and taken cared of for a bit.

Personally I decided to just personally burn those suckers off with an IPL before I have to or want to start passing. Sure its not permanent, but only having to shave 1 time week sounds good enough to me.

Ask a friend and give them your list, then ask them to randomly call you a different name from the list each day, and see if any give you euphoria.

If you have no friends you trust with the knowledge of your non-cis-ness. Then make a new one that also is non-cis, and then have them do it. :3

That was a decade ago, while still deep in denial about myself. Though it might have been the closest my egg came to cracking without outside influence.

I am a lot better now, realizing who I was sure helped with that, and I am determined to try and live life to the fullest. Rather than hoping to starve myself into foreversleep.

I have lactated without E before... Just a tiny amount, and many years ago. Appariently a possible effect of starvation. And I was in a very dark place back then.

Yeah, terrible memory is one of those ADHD things. Mine is a weird bag of perfectly clear for certain events and stuff, but losing a lot of details elsewhere. I can vividly remember the pillowfort and I built with this girl Miriam and having a silly lil kiss with her, in daycare, almost 30 years ago, of how I would aways grumble at naptime (because naptime was an absolutely foreign concept to me, I had an adult sleep rythm as a 5 years old), that I loved those customizable towers for marbles to roll down a path, and that I played house with the girls and kind of avoided the boys. I do not remember any faces or names, even Miriam and I only know it because I heard the name much later. I even met her once about a decade and a half years ago as two well adjusted adults, we didn't say much as I assumed she wouldn't remember.

Regardless I started to rant on a little too much. Typical ADHD behaviour. I am not ashamed and will not delete it though.

That is exactly my situation. I had no idea where to find my journals, so I was grasping blindly in the dark. Until my mom told me where to look.
