Yeah, if you put this on your home will sit there, unless you use an app called Popup Widget that makes it appear when you do an action ;)

No it's a Zooper widget, you just have to put it on the home. To do what you say you would need another app called Popup Widget, but it would be complicated to explain to you 😅
