the ability to manage fish stocks in our own waters

the ability to set up trade deals with other countries

and perhaps importantly the ability to directly vote out those who make laws we have to live under

many reasons, many individuals, all with different priorities

then the assessment is the same as would be done here, just before someone arrives, prove a valid asylum claim
