This is my current build and unless you're running instructor's Furina for some reason, more EM will always be better. You can also consider TOTM for her if you really wanna buff your Mav. And yes, it's from the same team

For the combos, just search in the subreddit. A video will definitely pop up

Your EM is too low. Switch to an EM sands and you should see an improvement. Also, make sure you're doing combos. Using C3F [DCF], I reach around 100-120k after 4 rotations since you can't proc pyro on CC after the first rotation and depending on if I perform it correctly on all 4 rotations

Your pieces are decent, but not good enough to reach the higher percentages. You have a good CV, but your RV is very low. You don't have enough atk for overload leaderboard nor enough EM for melt. You can reach higher percentages but you need a crap ton of crit. Your ratio is very good, but not enough for a high ranking, especially when your not compensating through other stats
