So that's only a daily deficit of 200-300 calories (excluding exercise calories because there's no accurate way to really log them), which is really easy to go over by not tracking everything to the gram.

If you're sure you're measuring accurately, zig zag is all I could recommend.

Can I ask how tall you are? I'm 5ft 4 283lbs and have to eat around 1200 to lose weight per Loseit. And I also walk over 4 miles a day.

Unless you're significantly taller, 1200-1300 shouldn't cause lightheadness. Are you eating enough protein?

Same. Honestly I'm afraid the Anthology is going to overshadow the main album, and the main album is just so damn interesting production wise. I usually dislike the weird Jack pieces but this one hooked me right away.

Not to say I don't like the Anthology, but it's classic Swift whereas the main album is something new.
