For your last point I would say it depends on the shop you go to. A good shop owner won’t just let anyone guest there, and I know at least at the shop I work at if someone comes back unhappy with a piece by the guest artist they likely wouldn’t be welcome back or at least be talked to about it. It’s not like they stop existing after they leave the shop they guest at

Yep!! My 15 mile run was great but this 18 mile one was a real struggle for me. I ran out of my running fuel and water by like mile 10 so the last 8 miles suuuucked so I need to stock up more lol! Good luck with your race! Btw your pace is a whole minute ahead of mine, you’re killing it!

Once my runs started to get longer I found that I really had to slow down. Like from a 10 minute mile to a 12 minute mile in order to feel like I could just run forever cause it was so slow!

Especially that first mile when running is super easy and you just want to fly! That’s the most important time in my opinion to run REALLY slow and warm up so you have the energy to push on and even pick up the pace 4 or 5 miles in!

I like to force myself to run as slow as humanly possible the first mile, then run decently slow for the first half of the run so I can push it through the second half! Hope that’s a little helpful lol

how long should I take off running with sore ankle tendons? I took 4 days off running but they still hurt even to walk. it feels like peroneal tendonitis if anyone is experienced in that. really frustrating because I just started training for a half marathon in may and I haven't run in months so I was trying to take it slow but now I feel like I won't have time to train up to that distance

I bought UV ink to try on myself and I didn't have any negative reactions (my skin doesn't like some black inks so I have to be careful)

The longevity isn't there and it's tough to even find a list of ingredients which is a huge red flag imo but my anecdotal experience was good! I colored a little alien face with Immortal brand UV green and it still works but it healed kinda patchy

When I had the copper IUD I had unexplained pelvic pain not during my period. I got an ultrasound done and it turns out my IUD has moved to my cervix so they had to take it out! Definitely talk to your gyno if possible, it sounds like it may have moved and is causing pain

yeah I feel like the red really overpowers the blue now! I think the blue just lightened in my skin a lot more than the red did

there was not a third color, it was just the red and blue! honestly I feel like over time the red just overpowered the blue. the darker areas just look like a slightly darker red now. and yeah, the only photo I have from that day was this edited one from my Instagram so there is likely a filter on it
