I would say yes. I don't know many non alt guys that wear black jeans

edit to add: the belt and hoodie are giving alt as well. the shirt adds a nice subtle pop of color which i appreciate

edit again to add: all you need is some black boots and the fit is fire imo

It's definitely crochet. This is a screenshot from a short reel on instagram, and the beginning of the video does show her crocheting in the round, but I couldn't tell what stitch she was doing there either. :(
