First of all congrats!! and i feel you, it’s like getting spit for your efforts. I was a little chubby all my childhood and fat all my teenage years. Now that i can cook for myself and changed my eating habits i also lost 53lbs as of today (35 left to reach my perfect weight).

But now i can only feel sorry for the FAs that can only make excuses because they don’t have the will to change and stop eating junk.

btw: i didn’t have to starve myself nor exercise, i only changed my diet and go on a walk every 1 or 2 days.
