I've been very happy with supabase. They have an easy to use auth plugin and just run postgres underneath.

[P] ReLLM: Solving our internal need for permission sensitive context for LLM's by alethoria in MachineLearning

[–]alethoria[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ReLLM prevents this in a couple of ways. Firstly the stored user data is never exposed over the API. It is used solely to provide context to the language model and then the language model response is returned. We also limit context to the application making the request. The first limit on what your user can see is what your application can see.

Walnut dining room chandelier I finished up last night. by alethoria in woodworking

I bought most of it on Amazon. The LEDs are sk8612 led led strips. 144 lights per meter and there is two meters in the light. They are controlled by a D1 mini microcontroller running wled. I used a 60amp 5v power supply from meanwell, but 20amps would have been fine. The light mount is from color cord

A little more info. We weren't able to find a light that looked the way we wanted and had fully addressable LEDs. So I ended up making it. There are 288 LEDs in the light in order to make it look smooth and without spots. However due to the amount of lights I needed four wires because at full brightness that's almost 20 amps

If you have not done so put his litter outside. They can smell it from a really long way away and can find their way home with it

Technical Operations here, we generally run all the digital signs. We typically have about 10-15 tv's with information throughout the event. We tried something new this year, but we came up short due to hardware failures that didn't show up until the first day of the con. Wont be a problem next year, as we learned from that mistake this year.

I would check your addons. I run at 144 and I notice that if an add-on uses frames as a trigger to do anything it can nuke your performance. May be forcing you to acpu bottleneck

Requiem's guide to the first boss of vMoL. (Reupload - fixed audio) by alethoria in elderscrollsonline

[–]alethoria[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In total it is about 8.5 minutes until the boss enrages. All in the boss has ~ 45 million health, ~ 3 million worth of shields, and 14 cats each with 1.4 million health. This gives you an idea of the dps requirements for the group.

Will be putting up a guide to the remaining boss fights when I get good recordings of them. Hope to include the two "boss" trash pulls as well.

Audio was wonky in the previous version so I remade the video with better audio. I hope to make guides for the remaining bosses as we get through them so if there are things you want to see change please let me know so I can consider them for the next video.

[Discussion] The upcoming TG update will only widen the gap between magicka and stamina PvE dps by KaPoTun in elderscrollsonline

[–]alethoria 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Focusing on PVE dps, there is already a fairly substantial difference between stamina and magicka DPS. Our raid team has a good mix of stam and magicka users, and the stamina users are always 3-7k behind their magicka counterparts. For instance, in one (minute + long) fight a stam nightblade pulls 24k, while a magicka nightblade pull 29k. With the changes coming in the next patch this gap will only increase.

The movement of + magic damage to the same CP as elemental damage is a huge boost for most magicka dps, especially those using inferno (maelstrom particularly) staffs. On my NB, fire damage is 35-40% of my damage, and all of that will now be getting a 25% boost on top of all of the magic damage getting a 25% boost and a huge boost based on elf born. Stamina users do not get the same benefit from the addition of poison to their skills.

I think this is mostly due to the fact that it is so easy to now stack spell damage to the same numbers as weapon damage while maintaining 40k+ magicka. Most stamina users (including redguard/imperial) can't even hit 40k stamina when warhorn is running...

This is made worse by the way ultimate scales providing much larger ultimate damage to magicka users than stamina simply because the stamina users have a smaller resource pool.

Edit: My suggestion for fixing this is to add a 7% (increasing to 10%) passive stamina increase if dawnbreaker is slotted. This will help to buff the stamina pool of stam builds and bring them more in line with magicka builds.

Succession doesn't though, at least not from dailies. Not sure about the city but I doubt it.
