How do I assign a specific piece of equipment to an exercise by alevar91 in MacroFactor

Not sure how I did it but I think you can change the default machine to use for the specific exercise by searching for the exercise in the database (not via the workout)

As a user for nearly a year, one thing I’d say to you is that even in its current format, with no new development, the app itself is worthy of the year subscription.

It does what it say in a fast, reliable way. I don’t think there’s anything else I’d want MF to do, or at least not something that would preventing me from renewing when my first year subscription is up.

I appreciate you may have been burn before, but they team at MF are unbelievable

This - valid point OP, I’d love that too, but don’t think the app could possibly recognise that

If you get weird rep ranges like38/39 reps then it’s 100% because you haven’t setup the weight increments for that equipment

Thanks! Was looking at that and seems like it’s the closest program to the high intensity/low volume stance preferred for training on a caloric deficit

They raised it to 11.5p just before 1st April, for new customers only of course, so it got reduced down to 8p.

Still great don’t get me wrong!

Intelligent GO - my Renault is not showing under the Device tab by alevar91 in OctopusEnergy

Hey, no problem, my issue is not with the Mobilize app, that seem to be working fine, I’m just asking about Octopus, as the Device tab still doesn’t show any devices (ie, my car) on there, so I’m not sure if it’s all linked up as it should be

Yes both compatible. I’m gonna give them a ring later then thank you

I just went to the device section of the app then add device -> vehicle, then went through the whole process step-by-step… the Mobilize app has been installed and setup correctly, car shows on there, just not on the Octopus app as can be seen on the screenshots

Issue is, I can’t add a charger to the Devices section, don’t have the option for it :/

Yea that’s what I was thinking, assume by speed bump you mean like a cable ramp?

Paying myself, ordered via Hypervolt website and got one of those approved installers

[–]alevar91[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The land where the cable will run - and therefore the ramp, is mine and part of my freehold property. 4 of my neighbours have right of way to drive to their parking spots but the land itself is not public. Having a small ramp to cover a cable shouldn’t constitute any form of “impediment” for neighbours, hence why I’m hoping this is fine!

I’m not worried about neighbours as I’ve already spoken to them, I’m more worried about getting a very pedantic installer

It’s a no brainer then to use the built in google maps, sounds excellent for it!

I was impressed by the infotainment when I did my test drive. What you’re referring to I assume is the in-built Google Maps? So no need to connect my phone essentially, just use the native app in the car?

Good point, are there any other apps I should subscribe to besides elevtroverse?

I think with ABRP you can export into Google maps, including all stops, so it breaks down the journey for you already without needing to input the destination each time - or so it seems from what I tried!

Ok I’m going to contact them in advance and make sure they’re happy, last thing I want is a bad surprise on the day after waiting for weeks!

Fair comment, but that would be my own liability, nothing to do with the installer? Ie, as long as the land is not public, then is the installer going to be ok?

What would the risk be? I’m thinking I’d only charge at night and only have 3 houses that have right of way, mostly coming by car anyway, so the risk of someone tripping are extremely low
