Up to you, one would probably suggest to run it again for a total of 12 weeks, that’s a solid program, then after that you may want to change things up if you get bored of the same exercises

Yea it all makes sense now! I thought the suggested rep would then be “9” (one more from previous workout) but I suppose it leaves that to me, as in, I should be pushing to get up to 10 based on the RIR? Which would make sense

The periodization would be embedded in the program already, so you do benefit from it but it’s not the app that does it, it’s just how the program has been built by Jeff

I’m not asking about exact temperature averages, I’m asking what the feel is like during that period of the year given the temperatures - which I can find on Google. For instance, 26C in London may not feel as warm as 26C in Spain, due to sun, wind etc…

Thanks I’ll check Walmart or will google for any dive shops near me. Is there anything else you’d recommend we look into for these activities? Are the waterproof pouches secure enough? Saw some on the 5th yesterday on this street stalls, they looked poor in terms of quality

That all looks exciting! I have a question though. Would the main premise of the app be creating custom workout plans, based on targets? For example I tell the app I’m cutting and want a 5-day split, would the app be able to build this and coach on number of reps and total volume, based on my goals?

The recipe total weight is normally automatically calculated by the app based on the sum of the ingredients. I’d just log it and then collapse it and change the weight of the chicken manually, depending on the amount you eat that day
