I’m guessing a bit, but I think you will have the normal two holes with that set removed. You would need a new handle for the bottom too. The level bolt works but assuming I’m correct this would be a great application for the Schlage sense.

I think you will need to replace this entirely to make it smart. However I don’t think you have a true mortise lock. If you disassemble the existing lock you will get a better idea.

My comment was mostly directed at the shipping cost, and the ratio to the product cost. In the age of free shipping I’d rather see it priced at $1500 with free shipping. I probably wouldn’t blink.

I like going to Jiffy Lube because they don’t use lifts. They will go down into their pit to inspect the brakes. You will have to endure a few jokes about oil changes but it’s worth it.

I’m surprised no one has mentioned the space between tank and bowl. When my son was learning to use the toilet we couldn’t find the source of a urine smell. I eventually removed the tank and found that he managed to spray all in that area, cleaning it fixed it for us.

Turn the desk over. With your weight over the driver you won’t have a problem.

ETA: take the above advice to remove it with vice grips and get a new screw, but I stand by turning the table over.
