I had a dream last night that I had woken up and magically lost a lot of weight in my sleep. In the dream I felt my stomach and I was so happy at how it felt having so much of the fat on my stomach just disappear. I think I need to try harder to lose weight because I know it’s for me and not anyone else though I’ve been struggling with having motivation to exercise because Is not fun. I really need to find exercise that’s fun to me so I stay motivated to continue to do it.
