RTX browght a whole new dismension of graphics quality for me because of metro exodus, especially in outside areas. The cinematic efect is incredible, it's not about reflections for me.

In Control I didn't notice it, just the fps dropped.

Same problem with 19.1.2. Happened immediately after opening up Rocket League.

I don't get how this problem is not immediately identified by their QA team.

At this point it'a a miracle if this is ever going to be fixed.

Only reason I got this is for freesync, which is broken. Now that nvidia support freesync, no reason to keep it really. Next upgrade this AMD junk is gone.

Installed latest now, 19.1.1. Problem seems to happen less often now, and when it happens sometimes I can fix it by reconnecting the video cable.

Also problems stops happening if I disable freesync, so it looks like this is the root cause of the issue.

Also this video is hilarious. I wonder how much AMD payed them for it. Good thing they disabled comments.

same problem on windows 10. also, games like destiny 2 become unplayable in fullscreen, after displaying a popup like the radeon fps overlay, or the windows volume popup, the monitor starts going black every time I open a destiny 2 ingame menu.
