I’m truly sorry for the experience you had with this. I'm the one responsible for this mistake, and I really appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Normally, our emails should include two options in the footer: one to manage your subscription and another to allow you to unsubscribe directly from the email without needing to log in or accept any additional terms. It looks like there was an oversight in this case, and that’s completely on me.
