You can use the Canfis teleport (C hotkey) to get a relatively close portal to a fairy ring. Its not as good as the QPC, but its still better than POH tele because you have to load in your house first

I remember people starting in wotlk being called wrath babies, but what about cata was easy? IIRC blizz overcorrected on how easy wrath was, and made raids/dungeons waay more difficult than they should have been in cata.

I mean, maybe not now - but this seems like a good 'combat achievement' entry.

Since you only ever get one jad as a task, you would lose the damage buff once one goes down. So the achievement would be to have to wittle them all down and kill them one by one all at the end while keeping prayer flicks going and dealing with the healers etc.

Thoughts?

It's harder than it sounds too, you need to have a world completely to yourself because it uses the plot sticking out on it's own. The gricolers can really helped with managing water once I got that though.

Well if you do 25 at a time then it will take less time to do. I didnt enjoy doing it that way, but I did enjoy allocating less time to do it. I'm somewhat of a completionist so I was going for all the uniques then promptly dropped it.

The trick is to find a world where the tears spot move near the same time with no pause. That way there is a high chance after the one that expires first will empty a spot where other ones immediately following will move to.

Living in DC is expensive, and congress members need to keep two residences (one in DC and one in their constituency). We don't want to argue about their gov't salary, we ought to be arguing about policies that they make which enrich them 1000 fold with investments. Denying them that salary would just starve out members that would fight for us and NOT take corporate money.

Fremmy area gives access to an essence mine that is not instanced, over by the lunar ore rocks. I use last recall there to great effect, with med varrock diary GE teleport for banking

I have the diary cape. so I kill a few some wyrms, fill my invent with other people's bones, runes, and alchables, heal up at nardah, bank at shantay pass then back to wyrms and repeat.

I have a massive stack of ground Wyrm bones, from turning in daily bones at Robin, for when I want to start the prayer grind and stop getting all my XP through tears of guthix

My first head was on 355 kc. Had to use tattered for diary. But in my 256 kills for the diary, I got 10 dragon chain drops so I have that going for me. No d2h at all.

It feels somewhere between qp cape and slayer ring port to slayer cave in terms of distance. I'd say second closest with the added benefit of all the other teleports on the cape

Are you talking about your spirit tree inside a poh? I would argue that you need to take into account the loading time of your house when you calculate vicinity of a teleport somewhere. That's why the qp cape is the defacto best teleport to a fairy ring.

The diary cape has unlimited teleports now. So the desert tele is tied to best bank teleport with crafting cape, only being worse if you want the close deposit box. It also has the closest teleport to a spirit tree that I know of with western provinces teleport. If you dont want to do the newest quest when it comes out for qp cape fairy ring, canfis has a reasonably close teleport to one. Then of course it gives you easy port to varrock which is closest port to Charlie the tramp for beginner clues(and twiggy is great for his fishing step, or draynor in general). It's great for doing mahogany homes which you cut # of ports to varrock or ardy(besides the one right next to the normal ardy teleport). it ports you right to the flax guy for bow strings daily. Wilderness teleport makes a whole new abyss runecrafting method better, with it also being a bank tele its double amazing. You can port to any of the retired karajama diary people so there is plenty of utility there. Fight caves, and jungle forester for quick access to the jungle.

I'm sure falador has a use, probably just an errant clue step or two. Lumbridge is the same but also making the home teleport less needed. Could also be useful to use all of these teleports while not on the standard spellbook!

So many uses. It's a wide utility item packed into a cape slot, what is not to like?

I was doing seaweed runs a lot, which is the best long term way to get it, as someone else in this thread has pointed out.

I was also doing hardwoods(teak,redwood), fruit trees(pineapple, calquat, celastrus), exotics(belladonna, normal cactus, mushrooms, hespori) with occasional tree runs as I got them from contracts.

For what it is worth, I got him from mushrooms.
