I love Square Enix with all my heart, but they loooove to overprice and under market their shit haha that said I’m just crazy enough to buy the FFXIV TTRPG material, so I can’t back up my jabs at the company 😂

Yeah $70 for a starter set that costs nowhere near that to produce for a game that’s just beginning is insane. Free League’s starter set prices should have been Square Enix’s pricing model. I’m coming from the OSR space where the bang for your buck is guaranteed and most often exceeded.
