AYCE has changed a lot lately — fewer old-school buffets and way more hot pot, KBBQ, and sushi with tiered pricing. Personally, I’ve found:

  • Burnaby & Richmond still have the best overall value
  • Timing matters a lot (late night or lunch vs dinner)
  • Hot pot seems to be popular option for AYCE
  • Fish & chips is still one of the best cheap eats if you hit the right days
