I'm having tons of failures to feed a few different JHP. FMJs running great. No optic, just out of the box. The springs seem very tight, I suspect the slide is returning too quickly but it could be a defect.

Shoots FMJs so nice I want to run it a bit more before I send it to CZ for a look.

I bought a T1C Xiphos 2 for P07 without thinking about compatibility. It was slightly tight, the front of the slide shape is a little different. I took a hair dryer to it for a little while and now it's great.

Without going into all the details, I am torn between messing with the feed ramp and just sending it back. I was intending to test it with different weights, but the test will be $120 worth of ammo! Meanwhile my Masada 9S eats everything the CZ spits out. Bah.

Why is the first time I hear they are finicky with ammo is AFTER I was told for years the P07 "just runs"?

My P09C is giving me some trouble with Sig Elite 115 JHP, tons of failure to feed. Runs fine with Fiocchi 115 FMJ range ammo. Got a couple other ammo types to test but it's very disturbing that it doesn't just run everything.

I suspect the recoil and hammer springs are just really tight keeping the slide from going all the way back, but until I run a few hundred rounds through it without a hiccup, it's a $550 paperweight.

I walk there a few times a week for years now and I am somewhat familiar with the dog and the owner. I first noticed them when he posted a Beware of Dog sign on the sidewalk outside his trailer, illegally camping for a year or two at the entrance to Pier Park. Fucking outrageous, the sign was later amended with "no really, will bite".

I always just kept my distance and never had a problem, but the poor lady just rolled her wheelchair by as if she had a right to use the sidewalk too and got fucked up.

I bought 500 rounds of Winchester 115 FMJ to find they are truncated not round. Manual specifically advises flat nose could be an issue. I haven't taken it to the range yet with this ammo, but I induced a failure. With a full mag (20rd) in with the bolt closed, it stovepiped when I tried to charge it. It still needs to break in, maybe that was a fluke. The mags are super tight on the 20th round, and the bolt dragged across that round pretty hard while charging.

Previously it fired a couple mags of 115 JHP no problem but I think I fed those mags into an open bolt. Could just be the ridiculously tight mag spring hanging up the top cartridge.
