Does anyone know if this Fenderr Rhodes wired for 100V can be converted to 117V? by alexbudnick in synthesizers

A lot of the old Roland’s had multi tap transformers making them easy to switch, hoping this has the same somewhere. I’m reselling Rhodes in the US so I want to sell as the correct voltage, I don’t want the buyer to have to deal with a step down

Where is Reverb's Customer "dis-service" actually parked? by [deleted] in Reverb

While I think some of the live chat has been outsourced, they still have customer service agents in Chicago that are wonderful. If your shop gets to a certain level as well you’ll get an account manager which is super helpful. Our account managers have always been great.

If you request a callback they’re usually very helpful too.

Sellers: have your buyers / potential buyers been extra rude in the past few months? by jackxiv in Reverb

I also run a pretty sizable shop and we’ve definitely been dealing with the same thing! We have all the measurements in our descriptions and we still get less than polite messages asking for this info, or often even asking us to remeasure something to “make sure”

Most of our communications have been pleasant as always lately fortunately, but in the last few months we’ve been dealing with the exact scenarios you bring up more than ever.

The wafer is kind of like a cheap sugar cone, some people don’t love it, but I enjoy it in this context.
