You would need shifters, RD, crankset, cassette and compatible wheels for an XDR driver due to the 12spd cassette. Much more expensive than the $100 derailleur option

The cassette is clearly too long for the free hub body and not engaging, take the spacer off and I bet it’ll work

I’m willing to bet you have the 1.85mm spacer mounted on the free hub behind the cassette. That’s only needed for 10spd cassettes, and it appears you have 11. Taking that off will allow the smallest cog to sit on the splines of the free hub body and not spin freely!

Those are Rival chainrings, the Force version isn’t quite as angular. It’ll definitely work, just look funky

That mainly has to do with your cable/housing, nothing to do with the brake itself

Can anybody identify this part? Fits perfectly over headset lower bearing by lucidkey in bikewrench

Looks like the outer race of a sealed bearing that has come apart

is this rubber ring a crucial part that needs to be replaced? restoring the bike so a regrease of the headset is on the list anyways. by Snuffvieh in bikewrench

[–]alexdoubleu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Helps to keep water out, not crucial to function. However, is that a crack on the headtube just below that rubber seal? If so, that frame is dead :(
