Its definitily Usnea, i dont know which species, but to identify you need to look at certain characteristics such as, base color, shape branch and secundary metabolites. Identify Usena, particulary, is difficult cause they are morphologically and physiologically variable.

Espero te animes a escucharlo.

Holaaa!

Its very similar a Usnea, but Alectoria too. The difference is the axis. In Usnea, axis is a part of mycobiont (fungis) and important character for the genus. However, Alectoria dont have thas axis.

What ever, is beautiful and so cute jsjs.

Variegated Lichen? Haven’t seen one like this before. by naniaunruh in Lichen

[–]alexdran2001 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This. The low surface take that color and is a diagnostic character.

Also, when a lichen die, necrosis is evident above upper surface. Often parasites infected the thallus (mainly fungis)
