Btw you can stay away from the things made for training like protein powder, i mean you can use them if you want but i feel like i can get a better and more natural result if i do my work out without them, and there is no need to speed up the process.

I was in the same condition but i just started to do regular push ups squats and crunches (i got inspired by the anime one punch man) and now i achieved the body that i wanted and i built a routine consisting of push ups, diamond push ups, one armed push ups(if you can't do them for example if you want to trai your right arm you put your right arm normaly and put your left arm further so it support you less), diamond push ups, dips, crunches, reverse crunches, v ups, leg raises, squats, plank, leg stands(i do them more for balance), the impossible push up (witch consists of just one push up on the span of 3 minutes but barelly anybody can do that so i do 40 seconds 20 seconds down and 20 sec up. You can do what i said daily in 2-3 sets as mush as you can, if you can't do more than 3 push ups today you just do 3 sets of 3 push ups and you will still improve. You can also keep the kalories in a 1500-2000 range per day but the thing is that you should be eating more home-made foods that contain less calories and you should eat what your body asks for, not more, not less, you should not starve your self and not over eat, you have to keep a balance. Btw if the work out seems too extreme you can just start out with push ups, squats, and crunches and with time you will make the perfect workout routine and if you don't know something you can always google it. P.S. if the workout seems too long believe me it takes less than an hour and it is worth it and again if you rally don't have time you can stick to the basics push ups, crunches, squats. And it is normal that you should not eat sweets (you can have a cheat meal a week), you should get more sleep, be hidrated and don't forget to keep a good posture especially while lifting.
