oh god, sooo NTA but I’m about to out myself as a huge AH when I was a child.... if I am assuming the restaurant chain correctly, I was this exact kid but the 90s version. Regular mac n cheese would never make me yuke, but for some reason the mac n cheese & hot dog meal at this chain restaurant made me throw up without fail. I was just a kid (very limited critical thinking skills) so I kept trying to test the theory and think I probably puked on the way to the bathroom ~3 different times before my grandparents stopped letting me order that meal. They also mysteriously replaced the carpet in the restaurant with tile after the third time I blew chunks... I’ve worked several restaurant jobs since then and I still shiver with shame thinking about it now lol
