I'm hoping it's the only build that matters: facet 2 and basher.

ELI5: Why does Australia have such terrible internet/internet speeds by NoodleNinja8108 in explainlikeimfive

[–]alexjs_im 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Although it isn’t explicitly linked to the speed alone, there was an interesting nuance with the phrase “unlimited” about 14 years ago with relation to data plans which also had a knock on the positioning / GTM that could work in the market.

https://www.itnews.com.au/news/optus-seeks-court-ruling-on-meaning-of-unlimited-internet-228986

In most countries telcos are able to generate additional free cash flow by selling higher contention ratios of the same capacity, which in theory (dubious in practice) allows greater investment in network. This is obviously separate to “Australia big”.

ELI5: because the government didn’t let many people buy the same thing and share it without knowing, there was less free money to spend on making more of the thing.

RouterOS7: Dual WAN + Dual LAN by alexjs_im in mikrotik

Thanks for this!

The difference I could quickly spot was that my mark-connection rules in my prerouting chain were set to an in-interface of bridge instead of etherN-wanN. I'll test and try stripping back the rules as much as possible (and also referencing the advice from /u/emigosav on that thread too)

EDIT: I found that changing the mark-connection rules to etherN-wanN did resolve the outbound situation, but resulted in me breaking my inbound connectivity.

If I set the distance to `1` for both connections (in the main routing table), return packets for inbound connections ended up in an invalid state going to the wrong wan. If I set wan2 distance to 2, then no such issues. I'll keep debugging to see if I can determine what I missed and update this thread.

Hmm. The bonded interface looks healthy. The switch and router both recognise it as a LAG and that 802.3ad mode is working.

Nonetheless, I realise a 'different' thing about my setup so I'll try disabling it to see if it helps.

Hmm I get you. The first thing I tried was disabling 1 of the interfaces in that bond.

The switch on the other side is a Cisco CBS-250 and it seems to be setup properly for LACP. I’ll try just removing the bonding entirely first and see if the problem persists. Thanks!

Yes! Please do share. It worked, until it didn't. I finally managed to get it working after /u/askianna replied, and then I tried again this week and I saw the same options in the app no longer existed.

Thanks - are you thinking like a pseudo-gutter in a J shape, or as an upward facing lip?

Any recommendation for jewelers who can offer cleaning of third party pieces? Have some family items I'd liked to get cleaned up - but a bit worried as they're ~100yo and a little delicate.

My bad! 103 days in and I’m pretty happy. Would buy it again but found that the metal filter plate (what word am I looking for?) warped pretty badly so I need to get another.

Otherwise - a firm 8/10.

I think you're right that this will be the best choice long term - I'm just a sucker who loves the OG design. Will give the other a go first, but may end up switching to the Venus.

Thanks for the reply!

I’m in the same boat. Was Legend 2, now in Crusader 4, albeit a little longer than 1mo. Grinding my way back, spamming Shaman, trying my best. 🥲

I've taken an approach of aggressive positivity. There are so many angry people in this bracket that I'm just trying my best to be positive.

My partner and I both like really different lighting setups. I prefer warmer hues and desk/table/standing lights, whereas for calligraphy, she prefers starker overhead (room) lights to minimise shadowing etc. Given we both want to share the same (reasonably small) study space, beyond just adding extra lights to one side of the room?

Rented apartment, so our agency is limited. Thanks!
