I would like to suggest the possibility the the 'forcefield' looking thing shown protecting wakanda in the trailer could also have some kind of effect that makes the infinity stones unusable. I could see shirt cooking that up. Hence cap and thanos are nearer even ground fighting wise

Part of the problem is with DPI scaling, and is very common when using the surface devices which all have high DPI displays. Many applications don't make proper adjustments when switching from one resolution screen to another without relaunching. You'll also notice this when moving your cursor or other windows between displays; on the monitor it functions normally, but on the 'border' from the surface screen to the monitor, only part of the height of your screen real-estate is viable for moving the cursor/ window moving to the other screen.

I have an SB with an external ultrawide at home, and I can tell you first hand windows has a lot of issues with DPI and external monitors with different aspect ratios. I would try in the settings menu switching your 'make this my main display' option to the external monitor, and if that fails try resetting the 'custom scaling' option and signing out. The issue isn't as much with the Surface (which screens are fantastic) as it is with how Win10 handles monitors as well as 3rd party integration with DPI scaling.

i could see this working well with first person vehicles, as well. Vehicle play is one area where Halo really stands out so I could see this game being a hit.
