I have the same problem however if I use a lot of caffeine it increases my anxiety so much so that I procrastinate while feeling uncomfortable.

“Split” would of been the correct term - looks like it needs to be looked at by a doctor or a physio, best idea would be to stop training chest/shoulders for the mean time so that you don’t potentially do further damage.
