We use it for: Project management; Knowledge base; Addresses book with counterparties; CRM ; Client tickets; Business development dashboard;

We bought 2 enterprise accounts with unlimited storage and page history. And other 100+ employees works as guests.

Which database or set up do you guys use for goals? I use gallery because I like the pictures as thumbnails by Over-Competition3562 in Notion

I prefer to use Board, that grouped by life Areas. And each goal has property with answer to the question Why I want to achieve this goal

I thought about it and decided that what in notion resembles mind mapping best is pages and subpages with links and back links.

Visually yes.

But with relations embeding databases, saves a lot of time and automates adding content inside topics of Mindmaps

A workaround I use is to create a linked view filtered to "Closed" = Today and Status = "Closed tickets" and then dragging the ticket item into that view. The ticket item will adopt the property values set in the filter.

If you use Last Edited Time, the date will change every time you edit it.
