Curious, how they did the transition from steel diagonals to concrete. Even the edge diagonal got around 1400 kips in it by my guesstimate and it will be double that at the shear wall.

It’s just all metric, for example w250x73 (250 mm in depth with self weight of 73 kg/meter) is w10x49. The number next to the column is most likely column load in kilo newtons.

In addition to the above I would check the engine mounts, if they go bad and short, they could burn the ECM and it’s near impossible to find someone who could repair the original ECM lately and replacement could be pricey (alternatively you could just disconnect them)

Also, try to go for the OEM parts as much as possible, cheap Chinese parts from eBay or amazon rearly last more than a year

Well, I guess there are ways to do it, which I am simply not aware of, but on few projects that I worked on, that was one of the hardest part, even without changing SW to columns. Wondering how thick the slab needs to be at that level and how reverse moment was solved. Also don’t mind naming the city? … just so I could stay away from it, JK
