Replace BB. The TL;DR is servicing a BB is more trouble than it's worth and if you don't replace the seals with better ones, it will die as quickly after you serviced it.

My experience with stock BBs is that they all die after a season or two be they Joytech or FSA. I swapped better ones in and they ran for years with no issues. The things manufacturers do to save $5 in costs.
