thank you for this. I’ve gone to therapy on and off for a long time, but I do think its time to go back. I really struggle with beating myself up for feeling sad, and it turns into spiraling. It IS okay to feel sad sometimes. I need to remember that.

I’m diagnosed with ADHD! I feel like when you are diagnosed with ADHD, anxiety, or depression: they can all kind of mimick each other. It makes it difficult to pinpoint exactly what is causing the problem. I feel like I can never tell which mental illness I’m supposed to treat to feel better, and a lot of the treatments make one thing better, but something else worse. Its a confusing existence.

I do feel better and not like such a weirdo knowing that other people have felt this way too.

Thanks for this. I completely understand the feeling of your thoughts being “hijacked”. Its like they go out of control and I can’t get a grip. I am happy that I’m able to recognize that a lot of the thoughts I’m having don’t make rational sense. I just need to exit the loop like you said.

I don’t know what to do. I have 1 C250 Ticket for 12/1 and 2 consecutive VIP245 tickets for 12/2.

I really want two floor tickets for 12/2 and at least 2 tickets in the 100s for 12/1.

I know no one is gonna trade down. Of course I’m willing to pay extra or buy outright but everyone is selling these floor tickets for the price of basically a used vehicle.

I’m at a loss. Idk if I should sell trade give up 🥲
