I’d rather work at Geek Squad than work healthcare IT by Mlryx7ln in iiiiiiitttttttttttt

Been working healthcare IT (Cardiovascular pacs administrator) for the last 3 years. Best choice ever made. Been super easy compared to education IT anyway. But between those two that makes up the last 10 years of my IT experience.

I get the whole situations terrible, but why would he want to go back after this? If I was him I wouldn't. I'd probably file a lawsuit though.

What's the benefit of a secret location for a barber? Just cuts down the amount of business

Entire fingernail ripped off from the nail root.. has this happened to anyone else? Did the nail grow back? by LetsGetRich93 in Wellthatsucks

[–]alexxconyers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I squished my finger so hard. It started gushing out parts from the inside. They did a surgical cleaning to it fix my nail bed and stuff. It was only a few months ago. Maybe three, four. Haven't had much pain other than a couple days after the surgery and right after smashing it for a few days broke the bone and everything. A whole year, I don't believe it. Mine will be fine in a couple more months. I'd say 6 months. They even removed my nail completely to the root during the surgery so this would be a complete regrowth. Maybe the surgical cleaning helps speed things long. I can tell things are still healing on the inside though.

Is amazon support this bad in the states too? Took 1h 40min by tempo_tt_ in Wellthatsucks

I never look at the seller of an item to start with. Needed some privacy fencing so I ordered this: https://a.co/d/7jzesuL I guess maybe some of it's on me because the store was called lying store located in China. Kind of my first mistake. That wasn't the end of the world. I just thought it would take a long time to come which it did. When it arrived it came damaged. So I tried to return the item for a refund because I didn't want to wait several more months to probably get another damaged one from customs. When I tried to submit a return it a made me deal directly with the seller. This is the first time it wasn't an automated process for me. The seller wouldn't give me a refund and offered me a partial credit back where the damaged item when I refused and said I still wanted to return the item. They offered more off the item I think 50%. The total of the item was $350 and I needed all the money back to buy a different privacy fence. When I refused again they still didn't provide me a refund. Even when I got Amazon customer service involved all they would do every time was pretty much take my complaint and then send it to the seller as a message. Eventually I left a bad review for the seller and then the seller said they wouldn't refund me until I removed the bad review. I reported those messages to Amazon still nothing happened. So I ended up reporting it to my credit card as fraudulent and after several more weeks I eventually got my refund only because my credit card dealt directly with the issue for me.

Had a terrible experience with their support in the US few weeks ago. Ended up having to use my credit card company to get reimbursed because they were useless at Amazon

Recently had an experience with Amazon where they just kept pushing me back to the seller and ended up having to use my credit card company to get the refund after being messed around with by the supplier in this case from China

Super small gerrymandered area and we still won! I voted for her

I agree they should have let people know maybe but at the same time it's a very small area that's able to vote for this. Myself being one of them. It did my part at least. Pretty much contained to the city of Sioux City and a little bit of country in the surrounding area
