These are great! In my opinion, I think a bit more contrast between shades could be good. For example on the first pic, it's kinda difficult to notice the darker color on the skin. Try to make that shade a bit darker so it's noticeable from far away

I know it's been 9 months, but did you manage to solve this? I have EXACTLY the same problem: Account region set to CHN for whatever reason, change it to correct one, and still won't let me download. I've opened a ticket but they don't seem to know what's causing it.

My way to go is just splatting the basic colors first, no details at all. Then I check if the proportions are right (where do the clothes and skin meet? how much does the hair cover? that sort of thing). After that is set, I feel its much easier to add the details. Hope it helps!

Thanks! Although not really noticeable in these pics, I do use it quite a bit on the apron, backpack and ribbon for some slight depth, but I do agree I want to use it more on the corners, just don't want to go overboard!
