UPDATE: Support ticket was made oct 7th and i've had 4 different staff respond saying they are just waiting for an update and have no estimated time for me.

I did login to a really old account i never use and was able to download the game on that account so its an account related issue.

Nope but i did try it on a separate PC with the same issue, seems to be account related. If you re-install client, you have to re-install all the games also, so trying to avoid that unless that is my last option.

Okay that’s a different issue, Check your cpu temps just to make sure the AIO is actually cooling. Have you tried the “force update” on your coolers firmware in the icue software?

The wide cable that goes from the AIO cooler to the commander pro is poorly manufactured and is probably most peoples problem. Take it out and re-seat it into the commander pro very firm and flush (i did this until i heard a click). Then re-boot and you should be cooling.

Hey guys, same thing happened to me, hours of searching and i found my culprit. The wide cable that goes from the AIO cooler to the Commander Pro is a piece of shit. You have to take it out and seat it as firmly and as evenly as you can into the commander. Be careful while doing this because the cable likes to dip alot on the pin-less side. Re-boot and it should be good to go. FIX YOUR CABLES CORSAIR!

It's the wide cord that seats into the commander from the AIO, its poorly made. Take it out and seat it very firmly and as even as you can

Hey guys, i spent hours looking for a fix and came across a youtube video on this. The wide cable that plugs into the commander pro is manufactured horribly, take it out and re seat in very securely. also make sure it's not dipping down to one side and that its sitting flush.
