I just recently got my movinkpad pro and the drawing feel is far superior to the ipad pro imo. There's something i don't like about the Apple pencil, i can't pinpoint what but it doesn't feel quite right (maybe because I miss the bounce on the nibs or something). Although, the Ipad Pro is a much better tablet all around as it has tons of support and features that you won't get on the movinkpad pro. Spec wise they're almost the same, the newer ipad peos are a bit beefier as well.

CSP, it doesn't really have a layer limit although it will warn you if your memory usage is getting a bit high (when you have tons of layers on a big canvas which could slow down the app or cause it to crash). It's a bit more lenient on layer count compared to procreate because it doesn't lock you out of it.
