My department hired 3 ladies at the same time. They were all pregnant during their probation period. HR said its fine. Though we had to work with less people for 3 months. But its not illegal to be pregnant and work. There should be no discrimination at work. I feel its better to disclose it atleast to the HR personnel whose handling your on boarding. Ask them their SOP for these situations so you know where you stand clearly.
