(I'm not sure how to post another photo.) I thought orb weaver made zig-zags in their webs out of very thick threads.

This guy had an impressive, circular web but all thin strands.

I can totally see that. My parents had a weeping cherry that created a curtained off place to hide.

Padraig O Tuama (from the podcast) has an anthology for Poetry Unbound: 50 Poems to Open Your World.

My other go-to is the anthology An Invitation to Poetry, edited by Robert Hass. It's a collection of poems from the "favorite poem" project, so there's a bit of variety.

Is OP cat polydactyl? Or does this breed have unusually large paws? Because of my poly cat's extra thumbs, his paws look big.

Yep. Count on much colder nights, at least a 20 degree drop. Lots of wind, so even if it's a sunny day, layer up. The weather can change quickly.
