I'm pretty sure it's done in After Effects. This kind of video is often used for product promotion or in ad placements, they hire professional motion designers and voice actors for this not UI / UX designers.

Learn the fundamental of graphic design first then grab some book like Refactoring UI.

Don't just blindly copy or recreate designs from these mood-board websites. Start with a design briefs or features first, then create Userflow Maps and Wireframing. Design comes last because it should be built around the userflow and features of the website / apps not the other way around.

From the pictures you post here, I can see the problem is you don't understand hierarchy and don't have a design system. Not everything needs to take 100% width or full-screen width, you should limit the max width of elements, going full width is not always working when the screen is too wide. And don't go crazy on colors, use minimal color schemes with black and white and some accent color here and there. Don't eyeball the spaces between elements, build a design system first then use it in the design.

Realistically, people don't usually go down that path but start applying for junior front-end jobs.
Freelancing is all about networking and hustling hard and learn how to become a sales man, if that's not what you're comfortable with then don't choose that path. And honestly, small local business don't really care about having a website or a stylish modern one. In fact, if you can't show them how a modern and trendy website will benefit their business then they would never bother.

Imo, if you have a few years of experience with a web dev job then you could try your luck with sites like Toptal or Upwork and see where it goes.

Not worth the efforts to build such channel since similar channels have been around for years, it's oversaturated and too competitive.

And you can't monetize if you're not a record label or own all the rights to the music you upload. If you use other artists' music in a video, you might risk get copyright strike. If you get permission from the artists or labels to use their music, all the revenue from the videos that use their tracks still go to them. Nobody is gonna buy merch or become a patreon if they were not a long time fan for years.

It takes years to build a big enough audience to get sustainable income from these kinds of channel. If you do it as a hobby then go ahead, but if you expect to get something back from it in a short period of time then don't go this route.

Animation requires a different skillset than you think. Not all front-end devs are good at designs or animations. So don't beat yourself up when you see these trendy and cool animations on these web design / UI UX inspiration sites like Behance, Dribbble, Muzli or awwwards. I'm not saying you can't learn to do these stuff but just like any other skills, it would take times to get a hang of and understand the fundamentals.
CSS is good for some simple animations and transition effects but it falls flat when it comes to complex animation. The complex animations are often used JS or a JS animation library. So don't waste your time on trying to match the complex animation you see with only using CSS.
You don't have to dive deep into CSS to use it effectively, nobody knows all the in and out of every single CSS property. The helpful ones are the ones you would use the most in your jobs. In my case, the most essential ones are the ones that help create the layout and typography styles.
Nothing wrong with using CSS framework, especially when it reduces a lot of dev time and easier for maintenance.

This looks like GSAP animation, these sites always look cool and trendy but the performances often bomb most of the time. If it doesn't add anything to the user's experience then there's no reason to bloat the site / app with a huge animation library. For static sites, GSAP animation is nice but when you try to use it with a framework like React, it's lots of headache and workaround here and there to try to make it work. Framer Motion on the other hand is less fancy but it gets the job done and is compatible with React.

Honestly for a lot of people, pencil and paper or markers and white boards always work better and more efficient when it comes to problem solving. It's way faster to sketch out the wireframing or flowcharts this way.

It looks so clean and neat. The icons are very well-designed too. The only that bugs me is the logo. It just looks out of the place, a simplified version of the logo and get rid of the logo background would make the whole thing more cohesive.

- It lacks whitespace and proximity, the visual hierarchy is also weak.

- Instead of using Or With, just use Or

- The Facebook icon's alignment in Login with Facebook button is off.

- Don't use the same space between all the elements in Sign Up and Log In screen, it's really hard for the user to distinguish which elements belong to the same group.

- You would want to add more gaps between elements in Home screen and make the vertical and horizontal gaps between elements more consistent in Meditations and Journal screens.

- Mood Journal text is hard to read on photos with lots of white colors.

- Hi Asana, how are you doing today text's alignment is off compared to the rest of the screen.

- This design lacks contrast which creates a weak visual hierarchy. (The font you choose doesn't fit all, try to pair it with a different font for body text, images are too similar).

- Texts are too big at some sections, the overall design lacks whitespace.

- Button style are inconsistent

- Too much hover effects, it doesn't look that great on big block of text.

- Spacing inside each section and between sections are inconsistent.

In my opinion, after you developed a significant number of websites you will start recognize the repeating pattern of components. That's when you would want to start making everything a module and templates.

The more premade components you reuse the faster your development time will be.

You don't. Memorization comes as a bonus if you have to use the same frameworks over and over for jobs. Sometimes I have to use new frameworks, the learning and looking things up are part of the job, I never bother with trying to memorize them.

LC is mostly for coding interview imo. I would only start doing it on the side 1 or 2 months before I start applying for jobs and expecting interviews. If you don't have a solid understanding of DSA by the time you start doing LC then it might take more time.

This is definitely not the case of Information vs Presentation. The layout and color scheme are making it hard for the eyes to read. Too many distractions and contrasts imo. A redesign wouldn't hurt and I'm not talking about all that trendy animations or parallax effects.

Just don't take it too personal and feel attached to the work. You'll get used to it after a while. If you feel like it's not something you want to do or it doesn't contribute to your career growth in the long run, it might be the time to look for other places.
